$300 for 63 square feet, no view

$350 for 75 square feet, with view of civic center, South

$550 for 95 square feet, with view of civic center, South

$800 for 130 square feet, with view of state building, East

$1,500 for 160 square feet, with view of state building & civic center, South & East

 

Free with each of the above options and at least a one-year lease:

1. Use of entire 1,852 square foot law office suite, including amenities

2. Free parking for your clients with no validation charge to you
